High tech copywriting
Microsoft
Our work for Microsoft ranges from datasheets to email marketing, but our most recent project was an online demo marketing a sales and marketing solution to business decision makers. We handled the messaging from start to finish, starting with translating the technical features into actual customer benefits. Then we came up with the concept, a unique approach using four stories that all weave together yet standalone, so if a viewer only watched one vignette, they still got the point. We wrote the script and online text, and consulted on the voice talent and design.
"We Know Words are Rockstars! For a recent interactive demo We Know Words provided world class creative content that I felt comfortable putting in front of my client from day one. From concept to final edits, they brought a high level of creativity and professionalism to everything they do. They understood the project strategy, audience and business challenges and delivered copy and scripts that were right on target and on time. We Know Words was a great resource and they're definitely in my Rolodex!"

XYPRO Technology Corporation
For XYPRO, we write ads and direct mail pieces that market the company's encryption software and services while tying into an annual theme. The trick here is to be creative enough to catch the reader's eye, but factual enough to educate them just a little bit more about XYPRO. (Design by StarDesign Studio)
"They're great to work with. They're very intelligent and understand the technical side of the client as well as can help direct them with marketing and copywriting. They're also creative when it comes to concepting."
--Shannon Krig, Principal, StarDesign Studio
Hewlett-Packard
When Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft partnered on a new product launch, we provided copy that got customers' attention while telling the technical tale: We wrote compelling copy for the front, and detailed the specifics on the back. This rush project was especially challenging because we were charged with determining the features, benefits and customer pain points without any client input. We were right on with our messaging however. No revisions were required! (Design by The GSD Group)
